yeah, the justice system concerning issue's like these is pretty messed up, needs correcting badly! I know many friends who have been abused by theyre partners, and its always the same tradgic results that happen every time, IE: cant put enough evidence together to charge them, or claim they didnt mean it...time and time again.

I certainly wish there was more that could be done, by one means or another...

It really sucks, and its just not right. No one should have to live like that, or put up with a situation like that.
